The Arcana Chronicles by Kresley Cole

Hello All,
   I have another fabulous book series to tell you about, and it is the Arcana Chronicles by Kresley Cole.
Wow, wow, wow. That about sums up the first two books in this series that is still awaiting the release of the third book.
    In the Arcana Chronicles you meet 16 year old Evie, and Evie meets Jack, the undesirable Cajun that is new to her school. We've all heard of Tarot cards, right? Well in this series the characters on the cards are real people, and the end of the world is their playground. The Major (Arcana) cards come to life and battle it out in this apocalyptic series and as Evie finds out that she is one of the most powerful of the cards, she must learn how to use her powers and how to survive the end of the world with her new ally Jack, all while finding out her very complicated history with the Knight card. The first book, Poison Princess leaves you craving more while the second book, Endless Knight has us all on the edge of our seats waiting for the release of the third book in January 2015.
Read it! But i'm warning you now that it will leave you with a terrible book hangover while we all wait (im)patiently for the final book in this series.

Sweet Evil Series - Wendy Higgins

Hi Everyone,

     So, I figured the best way to kick this off would be with an absolutely wonderful read.

The Sweet Evil Series is about a girl named Anna Whitt. Anna finds out she is not just any girl, but a nephilim (half angel, half human), and meets the mysterious (and hot) Kaiden Rowe. Throughout the series Anna, Kaiden, and their friends and allies team up to defeat their parents, the demons who control their lives.

      This series has something for everyone; there's plenty of action as Anna, Kaiden, and there friends and allies fight demons, there is a steamy romance blooming between Anna and Kaiden, and for all of you scary story lovers it is a book about Angels and Demons. 

        This is a trilogy so there are only three books even though they will leave you wanting more and more. 

Once you pick up Sweet Evil, you will fly through Sweet Peril and Sweet Reckoning.

Put this series on your MUST READ list because you will not regret it.

Hello All

Hi Everybody,
     First things first, we all know why we're here; we love books, we love to read.
I got the idea to start this blog after reading a particularly good book (of course a review will follow) where the main character was a book worm (much like myself) and had a blog on the books she read.
I hope for this blog to really take off! I'll be reviewing, critiquing, and maybe even doing some give-aways .
There are a couple things you know before you delve farther into this...
-my favorite kind of books are YA Paranormal Romance
-I read a variety of genres
-Stephen King is a must
-If you ask me to read a book, I will!
-Feedback = ♥
-Most books i read either have a paranormal aspect, a romance involved, or is a mystery/horror read
